Does CASP accept purchase orders?

CASP does accept District Purchase Orders. Go to ‘Register’ at the top of the page and print out the form. Fax or email that in with your district paperwork.

Can multiple people be registered with the same purchase order?

You can register multiple attendees with the same Purchase Order. Each attendee needs to fill out the form separately, fax or email those together with a purchase order.

What credit/debit cards does CASP accept online?

CASP only accepts Visa or MasterCard online. (American Express is accepted via purchase order).

Can students register for CEU workshops?

Students cannot place CEU workshops in their cart with the Student pricing. Students can attend a three or six hour workshop only with the paid REGULAR admission price.

Can workshops be added to registration on-site?

You can choose your workshops on-site, but remember the workshop you want may be full. CASP recommends you make your choices when you register.

Can workshops be changed/switched?

You can change workshop choices, just call the office and we will make the switch as long as there is still space available.

Which workshops qualify for CEUs?

All workshops that begin with a ‘W’ (W-01, W-02, etc.) qualify for CEUs unless otherwise noted in the workshop’s description.

How can I volunteer to monitor a workshop?

Students can volunteer to monitor a workshop (and view the workshop for free) by visiting the Student Monitors link in the top menu of this page or by visiting casponline.org/events/student-monitors.

Who can attend the Job Fair on March 15th?

The job fair is open to anyone who wishes to attend. Employers who wish to attend must have registered and secured a table beforehand.

Are wait lists available for workshops?

CASP cannot offer a wait list for any of the workshops, so register early to avoid any issues.

When does registration end?

Registration deadlines: Early registration rates end February 19, 2019. On-site registration only after March 4th.

Are refunds available?

Yes, refunds are processed about two weeks after the event. Email your request to memberservices@casponline.org at least a week before the start of the event to begin the process.

If I become a member today am I eligible for the member admission discount?

Yes! You can become a member by visiting casponline.org/membership or by calling (916) 444-1595.
