Angela Bonner, M.A. PPS, is a full-time practicing school psychologist with Sonoma Valley Unified School District and Co-president of Sonoma County School Psychologists Association. She currently works with special populations in self-contained and full-inclusion classrooms from preschool to high school.
Deanna Fontanes-Halliday, LEP, works with Oak Grove Union School District and has been an educator for over 28 years working as a school psychologist and Director of Admissions. She has supported students in public, private and international settings from preschool through university and is an instrumental member of multiple comprehensive teams.
Carlo Rossi has been involved in Special Education advocacy for over thirty-five years. He has worked as an Independent Child Advocate for Social Advocates for Youth and the Sonoma County (CA) Special Education Local Plan Area. Rossi has also worked for the Department of Special Education at San Francisco State University, the California Department of Education, the United Cerebral Palsy Association and Community Alliance for Special Education.
