9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

You’ve either been there or are dreading it: finding a way to tell a 30-year veteran teacher that, perhaps, he/she might want to use a different intervention to get a particular student to pay attention in class and spend less time in the principal’s office. This panel discussion will explore ways of how to get the attention of the principal, teachers, and even other pupil personnel professionals when explaining your ideas on classroom management, anti-bullying programs, and overall school climate issues. You may also learn how to win the trust of the most important person at your school(s): the school secretary.

Panel members will include, Amy Balmanno, school psychologist with the Central Unified School District, and more.
