R-10: Self-Monitoring and Mystery Motivator: A Strategy for Fading Check-In/Check-Out
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Check-In/Check-Out is an evidence-based intervention that supports the behavior of students. The evaluation of an intervention is an essential stage that must address the fading of an intervention in behavioral consultation. Self-monitoring and Mystery Motivator (MM) have been concurrently effective in fading CICO in elementary aged children with problem behaviors. This poster will describe a school-based consultation and intervention case that replicated a fading process of CICO with self-monitoring and MM. Attendees will gather information about how to implement a similar fading technique.
