Start the convention off right with an hour long flow in beautiful San Diego. This will be an all levels vinyasa style class, where you will be led through a series of physical postures while maintaining focus on your breath. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never tried to touch your toes, make the decision to show up for yourself and see what this “yoga” thing is all about. The simple practice of linking breath to movement is meditative in itself, and physiologically regulates your nervous system. Get some blood flow to your brain before beginning the day! This class will be held outside, so please make sure to wear comfortable clothes – and bring water and either a beach towel or yoga mat.
