Consultation was conducted focusing on supporting a first-year teacher with classroom management skills while reducing a client’s out-of-seat behavior. Results indicated that the Color Wheel (CW) supplemented with an independent group-oriented reinforcement, plus student Self-Monitoring (SM) was associated with a decrease in inappropriate out-of-seat behavior and an increase in work completion. Attendees will learn how to implement the CW and SM interventions to address the needs of both the consultee and the client.
