Students who experience anxiety and are identified with ED need intensive supports in schools. Traditional methods of addressing ED needs have been in the form of CBT and other related services; however, sometimes these services are not enough. Using an art based intervention can be an additional way to supplement supports for students with ED. This poster details the outcomes of a single case project focusing on coloring mandalas as a way to reduce anxiety. Participants will learn about the benefits and challenges of using an art based intervention as part of a socio-emotional support curriculum.
