This project proposes a psycho-educational intervention that school psychologists can use to empower school staff, parents, and teachers, while supporting foster youth in schools using mentoring. It also analyzes the need for mentors who have knowledge of maltreatment, race, poverty, attachment, trauma, and developmental outcomes of foster youth.
