The role of a school psychologist is different at every district and at every school throughout the country. Our role is driven by the needs of our sites. Some school psychologists work at one school while others are at multiple sites. Some work in the front office and some work in the broom closet. But regardless of the site circumstances, there are certain roles and responsibilities that come along with the job and the goal of this workshop is to provide participants with tricks of the trade and effective and efficient organizational and management strategies and techniques that will help to reduce stress, empower team members and teachers, and support students and families. This workshop is geared toward school psychologists who are newer to the field. Practical strategies for easy implementation will be provided.
